Why Design Request Forms Matter

The design request form is an essential tool for:

  • Efficient Prioritization: Assists in evaluating and prioritizing projects based on urgency and scope.

  • Clear Communication: Captures all necessary details upfront, reducing delays and misunderstandings.

  • Team Alignment: Ensures all stakeholders are aligned, fostering smooth collaboration to meet your deadlines.

Rush Projects

Projects requiring completion within 12-24 hours are classified as rush projects. To maintain quality and manage workloads effectively:

  • Each department (e.g., Product Development, Branding/Packaging, Content Creation, Web Development, and Presentation Assets) will handle a maximum of one rush project at a time.

  • If multiple rush projects are received simultaneously, the most recent request will take the highest priority, and any additional projects will be paused.

  • If more than three rush projects are submitted across departments, all work will pause until a touch base with the client occurs to prioritize requests effectively.

We recommend submitting rush requests as early as possible to secure a slot.

Standard Timelines

  • Average Turnaround: Depending on complexity of work requested, most design requests are completed within 2-3 business days:

    • Day 1: Client touch base and project details finalization.

    • Day 2 & 3: Execution and delivery.

  • Revisions & Feedback: All feedback or changes to delivered assets must be submitted via email within 24 hours of receiving the initial delivery. This allows us to address revisions promptly and maintain project timelines.
