DON’T CHASE YOUR MARKET, MAKE YOUR MARKET.
FIELD REPORT / SEC. 01 / CLASSIFIEDTwenty years of licensed apparel. Men's, Women's, Youth and Family.
I'd rather show you how I think than send you a resume.
I'm not looking for work.
I'm looking for this.

Some of this history is already yours.
I consulted on Disney and Star Wars IP, including Star Wars x Angry Birds, alongside Dan Gonzales and Alec Patience at 5th Sun. That was before the sale.
I also know Jeffery Sierra from the 5th Sun and Design By Humans days.

Parks apparel is souvenir-grade. It doesn't have to be.
You buy it because you're standing there. That's the whole model, and it works, which is exactly why nobody has pushed on it.
I consult with the CEO of RSVLTS, who has built the most successful premium IP partnerships in the category and produces a good deal of product for the Disney parks. What that business proved is that people will pay real money for licensed product that's genuinely good.
The opportunity in Disney apparel is the thing someone wears on a Tuesday, nowhere near a park. That's a design and positioning problem, not a licensing one.
FILED 09.24.26 / RECORD RETAINEDFIELD REPORT / SEC. 04 / CLASSIFIEDSovereign Code. Co-founded it and ran creative across men's, big and tall, boys and childrenswear. Scaled to $14M in two years. Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom.
Urgent Gear. Licensed apparel across men's, boys, kids and swim. Full seasonal range plans on four labels at once, $15M+ with $5M in private label. Ten designers and two graphic artists.
Member's Mark at Catalyst Creative Group. Co-developed the family swim program across women's, girls' and toddler. $10M+.
Starbucks. Through Nestlé approvals to $1.9M at Walmart and $7.2M at Costco.
I've sold lines personally into Nordstrom, Dillard's, Macy's and The Buckle, and presented creative through licensor cycles where the review runs line by line.
Men's, Women's, Youth and Family. All of it, at the same time.

Let me drop the professional voice for a second.
I grew up Disney. I take my family to the parks. I'm not a guy who researched your IP before a meeting, I live it and I'm proud of it.
FILED 09.24.26 / RECORD RETAINEDFIELD REPORT / SEC. 06 / CLASSIFIEDI know what that drive is. I'm saying yes to it with my eyes open, because I want this one specifically.
Consulting means you present and then you hand it off. I've spent years building things I watched drift after I left, and I'd rather be in the room when the call gets made.
This is also the one category I'd take a seat in over running my own thing. That's not a line, it's the reason I'm here.
Then you're getting the version of me that already made the expensive mistakes somewhere else.
I'm not looking to be managed up a ladder. I want the work, the team, and this IP.
Shut up, listen, and learn as much as I can as fast as I can. Hit the ground running and stay out of the way of people who already know what they're doing.
Where I can make something go smoother, I help. That's it for month one.
If the bottleneck is throughput, I take it off someone's plate immediately. I'm still in the file.
I'll love your product like it's mine. We'll butt heads over it.
I'd rather have that conversation before it ships than explain it after. And once the call is made I execute it and stop relitigating.
The archive, and getting the product off souvenir-grade.
Parks apparel sells because someone is standing there. The bigger business is the piece someone wears on a Tuesday, nowhere near a park. Same licensor, same calendar, different design problem.
I don't chase a trend that's already peaked. By the time a graphic is everywhere, the calendar has already beaten you to it.
I'd rather be early and occasionally wrong than late and safe.

I've applied through the portal like everybody else.
This page is the part the portal doesn't have room for.
Ask me the hard questions in person. I'll bring the rest.
