Profit share will be tied to significant benchmarks, customized for each entity, and structured as either a percentage of gross revenue or a percentage of each product sold in the form of a royalty. To allow for reinvestment and sustained growth, no profit will be shared during the first year, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success.
