$2,600 a month. Here's why it works.

For Shayne Jasper · From Jonathan Grey, The PDF Group · November 2026

You pay one flat fee for results and deliverables. Time is reserved so you always have dedicated access. This page walks through what matters in the deal, and why it's set up this way.

Every month$2,600

One flat fee

Reserved for you2 hrs a day

Monday to Friday

Commitment30 days

Month to month, either of us can end it

01What you get every month

Design1 to 3 motifs
  • Each one can go across shirts, hats, hoodies, stickers and other products
  • Mockups for each motif
  • Production-ready files and production support
PresentationsUp to 2
  • Business presentations each month
WebsiteOngoing
  • Website cleanup, using part of the reserved time
DirectionAlways on
  • Creative direction and art direction
  • Light branding
  • Brand strategy

Why motifs matter: one strong idea can become a whole product run. You're buying ideas that work across the line, not one-off graphics.

02How you reach me

What it is

A two-hour window, every weekday

Held for your business. Urgent requests get priority inside it.

Why it matters

When something can't wait, it already has a place on my calendar. You never have to wonder when you'll get me.

What it is

Three 30-minute meetings a week

Held inside the window and scheduled flexibly.

Why it matters

Short, regular check-ins keep decisions moving, so work doesn't sit waiting for an answer.

What it is

A minimum, not a limit

I'll often work on your business outside the window. An hourly breakdown is available on request.

Why it matters

You're paying for results. The window guarantees access. It doesn't cap the work.

03How it's paid

What it is

$2,600 a month, however works best

Paid by bank transfer, on a schedule that fits you. It can be one payment a month, or even $1,300 every 2 weeks.

Why it matters

Cash moves differently from month to month in a growing brand. We can set this up around how money actually comes in.

04What keeps this simple

Extra work

Quoted first

Anything outside the monthly list gets a quote, and starts only after we both agree in writing. Email is fine.

Why it matters

No surprise bills, and no scope creep on either side.

Ending it

30 days' notice

Month to month. Either of us can end it in writing, and you pay for work through the end date.

Why it matters

You stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.

Ownership

You own what you pay for

Final, approved work is yours once it's paid for. I keep working files, drafts, rejected concepts, templates and tools. I may show final work in my portfolio, with nothing confidential.

Why it matters

There's a clear line on what's yours, so there's never a question later.

Partnership

Kept separate

This covers paid services only. No equity, profit share or royalties. Any ownership or royalty deal lives in its own agreement, and isn't affected if this one ends.

Why it matters

Each deal stands on its own, so changing one doesn't put the other at risk.

Confidentiality

Both ways

We each keep the other's non-public business information private, during this deal and for three years after.

Why it matters

You can show me the real numbers and plans, which is how I do my best work.

Working together

Independent contractor

I'm not an employee. I handle my own taxes and can work with other clients. No non-compete.

Why it matters

You get a senior creative partner without the cost and commitment of a hire.

Results first. Simple to run.

If this looks right, the written agreement comes next.
