DON’T CHASE YOUR MARKET, MAKE YOUR MARKET.
Let's build this together.
The PDF Group Board of Advisors · November 2026
The PDF Group is bringing together experts in content, writing, product and business who believe in what we do. Your name and expertise add real credibility to our work. Our full creative team gives you more to offer. This is a collaboration and a partnership, and it works best when we all win.
Your name stands with our work

01The idea
What you bring
Your expertise, your professional credibility and your network.
What we bring
The full creative team: branding, product design, packaging, web and creative direction.
What we build
A group of experts who make each other's work stronger, and who open doors for each other.
02Why join
Income that grows
Get paid for introductions you'd likely make anyway. No delivery work required.
Title and credibility
"Advisor to The PDF Group" for your LinkedIn, bio and pitches.
A team behind you
Offer your clients branding, product design, packaging, web and creative direction you don't do yourself.
Visibility
A spot on our website with your photo, bio and links. We promote you too.
Referrals both ways
When our clients need what you do, we send them to you. No fee, just goodwill.
Low commitment
No quotas, no fees, leave anytime.
03Two ways to work together
You introduce a client and we take it from there. You get paid when the client pays us.
You may end up working on a project with us. That's subject to additional compensation, depending on the scope.
04How commission works
- 20% of the first invoice for any client you bring in
- 10% of every recurring invoice after that, for 12 months from the first invoice
- Commission is figured after subcontractors and materials are paid
- You're paid once the client pays us. Commissions you've earned are always paid out, even if you leave the board
05What that looks like
You introduce a brand that needs a new site. The project is $10,000, and we pay a developer $4,000. You get 20% of the $6,000 left.
You introduce a company that signs a $5,000 first project, then a $3,000 monthly retainer. Almost no outside costs.
- First invoice: about $1,000
- Each month after: about $300
You introduce a friend's business for a $2,000 logo refresh, all done in house. One text, one intro.
06How an intro works
Intro
You introduce a client.
Proposal
We scope the work and send the proposal.
Payment
The client pays.
Commission
You get your commission, with a simple breakdown of the invoice and costs.
07What we ask
Warm intros
Make warm introductions when there's a real fit.
Your profile
Let us feature your name, photo and bio on our website and in our pitches.
Just the intro
Don't make promises, quote prices or sign anything on our behalf. Just make the intro, and we handle the rest.
08What you can say
"I'm an advisor to The PDF Group, a brand and creative company. If you need branding, product, web or creative direction, let me introduce you."
09Leaving
Either side can end it anytime. Your earned commissions still get paid, and we take your profile off the site.
Better work. Better together.
